This tour is exclusive to ORBRIDGE guests ONLY on the 20th of January 2025.
Leaving the urban area of Ushuaia, we’ll drive out of town along the coastal road offering wonderful views of the Beagle Channel. We then continue towards the Tierra Del Fuego National Park which boasts some of the most stunning and unique landscapes in Argentina.
Then we will drive through the Sub-Antarctic forests of deciduous beech trees which cover the Andean range in this region which slopes dramatically down to the Southern Ocean.
With stops at Ensenada Bay, the Acigami Lake, the “Gazebo” viewpoint at Laguna Verde and the legendary end of the Panamerican Highway at Lapataia Bay. We will have the opportunity to see a varied range of local flora and fauna.
During this tour there will also be a short stop at the Visitors’ center, which has a cafeteria.
Notes:
This half day tour lasts 4hrs and includes entrance tickets to the National Park. Transport is by minivan or bus and exclusive to Orbridge.
The tour will be led by an official English speaking local guide.
Guests will have the option to walk on short marked trails at each of the various stops with plenty of photo opportunities. These trails will be subject to weather conditions.
Snacks and drinks are available at the Visitors Center but not included in the price.
Tour will depart at approx 8.30am from the Orbridge Hotel and return at approx 12.30pm
